Antonia's Lofaso invites guests to get inside her mind through the cuisine she creates. She began to be interested in food after moving from the suburban Long Island to the diverse cultural landscape of Los Angeles. Black Market does not have one direction that's the intention. The menu could begin with chips of dill potato with shishito chillies, then continue with Korean Chicken and meatballs. The key ingredient that binds this variety of tastes is Antonia. Lofaso assesses her success by her in-depth knowledge of her viewers, while remaining authentic to her character. She's appeared on of numerous television shows such as Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents continue to be highlighted as a judge for the CNBC show Restaurant Startup. Lofaso published The Busy Mom's Cookbook: 100 Quick and Delicious Recipes in 2012 along together with Penguin. It also told about her experiences as she continued her studies at her school, the French Culinary Institute. She had a daughter, Xea and her son Xea. Lofaso declares that her passion to cook is the main factor behind her success. She continues to be in the know through keeping an eye on trends and fashion. She is transforming the fashion by designing chef's clothing for style and functionality via her brand Chefletics. Her main focus is to keep consistent with her ideas.
